JAYOLAYPHOTOGRAPHY markets to Craigslist users.

After teaming up with Integrus Media Design in December 2005, Jay Olay Photography is now returning to its roots of guerrila-style marketing, which has made it successful in obtaining clientele from the urban-youth and “do-it-self” entrepeneur demographics who constantly commute through the online networks of Myspace and Facebook. Jay Olay’s goal is to the provide professional photography to the person that may not be able to afford the fees that come with over-the-top studio work, or the cost of at-location photo shoots. Now that Jay Olay and Integrus Media are essentially one business, they are able to provide design and photography services at much cheaper prices than their competiion, but what else does this mean for the consumer? Greater latitude. Your images need to be able to do alot of things nowadays: look good as an 8×10 print, or be at the right DPI for a catalog print or Web site posting.

Craigslists users will be seeing Appleseque advertisements on Craigslist postings every couple of months. “The last thing that I want to do is spam the Craigslist community,” stated the Jay Olay himself, Jubril Olayiwola. “There’s photographers from all over the state doing much of the same thing that I am doing. We believe, however, that potential clients have an eye for what they like, and can tell the difference between quality, and shutter-happy photographers with a new DSLR.” Not only has Jay Olay provided quality service to industries such as real estate and journalism, he has also supported the arts by scheduling TFP shoots for upcoming and models and actors. Featured in the ad above is model and fashion designer Brittany Webb of Atlanta, GA.
